Highly Competitive Starting Pay:
$0.71 mileage paid by the mile while driving; $30 paid by the hour for wait time and training.
Top Pay at Four Years:
$1.12 mileage paid by the mile while driving; $49 paid by the hour for wait time and training.
How the $8,750 Sign-On Bonus works:
Receive $1,000 with 6 valid punches (pay codes) showing employee worked,
receive $4,000 when achieve seniority (30 days worked),
and receive $3,750 when actively on payroll six months after initial hire date!

UPS is hiring individuals to work as full-time Tractor-Trailer Drivers. This position involves driving a tractor-trailer unit as part of a Sleeper team and you must be available to work days, nights as well as weekends.
Applicants must pass a DOT physical and successfully pass a UPS road test. Qualified applicants must have a valid commercial driver’s license issued in the state that they live (does not have to be Illinois) and a doubles endorsement.
Tractor-Trailer Drivers are expected to comply with UPS appearance guidelines and wear the company provided uniform. UPS also requires a copy of your motor vehicle record driver abstract that has been issued within the past 30 days.
Primary location address is 1 UPS Way, La Grange, Illinois 60525. You do not have to reside in Illinois for this position!
